PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, regarding the repeal and replace of the Elwood Town ordinances amendments to remove requirement to post notices to newspaper [31.01(E)(2-all), 32.05(C), 155.038(B)(1), 155.039(B)(3), 155.042(C)], and Elwood Town ordinances amendments to cleanup additional RD-1 & RD-2 references over to RAD-20 and RAD-40 [155.127(B)(1)], 155 Chapter Table of Contents references 175 and 176] The ordinances are available at the Town Hall for review.
